Our day will unfold atThe Dairy Ravensbourne&nbsp;a place of fresh air, golden light, and slow magic. You’ll arrive to a glass in hand,and take your place beneath the fig treeas we promise forever under the open sky on what feels like the edge of the world.From there, the evening will drift gently —through golden hour glow and an olive grove,to long tables, clinking glasses,and the kind of laughter and dancing that lingers late into the night.

The DAY

We’ll be providing a guest bus to take you from Toowoomba, to the venue in Ravensbourne. The bus will depart from&nbsp;Cobb &amp; Co Museum&nbsp;at&nbsp;1.15pm, getting you there in time for welcome drinks and a&nbsp;2.30pm ceremony. At the end of the evening, the bus will return you to the same location. If you’d prefer to make your own way there, feel free — there is&nbsp;onsite parking&nbsp;available at the venue.

Transport

Toowoomba has no shortage of lovely places to rest your head. Below are a few hotel recommendations, but there are also plenty of charming Airbnbs — perfect if you’re after a little more privacy or planning to stay with friends. While everything in Toowoomba is fairly close together, we recommend staying near&nbsp;Queens Park&nbsp;if you can — it’ll make things extra easy on the day as the venue bus drop off point is here. A gentle reminder that our ceremony begins at 2.30pm, and the guest bus will depart at&nbsp;1.15pm sharp, so you may like to request an early check-in.(Or treat yourself and settle in the night before — it’s a lovely place for a slow morning.)

We kindly ask guests to dress in&nbsp;black tie, and in keeping with the mood of the day, we’d love for everyone to wear&nbsp;black. It’s a great excuse to be fancy and feel gorgeous, and we're running with it. Note that the celebration will unfold beneath the trees and across the lawn, so perhaps consider shoes that are both chic and grass-friendly.

Dress Code 

Your presence is the greatest gift. Truly. We feel so lucky to be getting married surrounded by a small group of the people we love most. We really just want you to have a good time, sharing laughs, food, and music, and we appreciate you taking time out of your life—especially midweek—to celebrate this long awaited day with us. We don’t need a thing, but should you feel the need to mark the occasion with a gesture - such as a card with some advice on how to not kill each other over the next 60 years - a wishing well will be available.

Gifts

We’d love to keep the celebration rolling just a little longer.Join us the next day at our Airbnb for a slow and happy recovery. This will be very relaxed and absolutely no expectation to come along —only if you’d like to. We know a midweek wedding is already a big ask, so consider this simply an open invitation to linger a little longer. We’ll have bubbles, beers, and cheese — the essentials —but feel free to BYO your favourite beverage.Let’s laugh about the night before,and soak up the sunshine (or alcohol from the night before).
